As i said news always hoohaa, the bubble has been talked since 2015, but our central bank did a great job in prevent this. 2) Gamuda - strong order book, good tech- IBS, incoming news - Penang+splash (might be dual-edged sword)

I invest with RM300 but u need high price appreciation for gain (for RM300 at least 10% gain to BE). Ppl goreng with RM 300k or greater, little change earn them enough to eat luxury/grass that night.

possible positive booster:
1) 11.11 sale
2) SST coming, Malaysian buyer could buy from oversea?
3) more internet to rural area = more exposure of TxxBxx = more REVENUE in long term?

risks:
1) 11.11 sale doesnt help Malaysia buyer (shipping not worth?)
2) instead spending Malaysian keep cash + market not stable USCHINA
3) buy from local online marketplace
