Hello guys! I recently applied to switch to Celcom online because my DiGi has been giving consistent problems with calling as my phone is not able to drop from volte to edge while driving and on a call.

Does anyone know how long does the delivery of the SIM cards usually take? I’ve not received any sort of update from them.

Do they also deliver on weekends like pos laju or j&t express?

if i buy unlimited internet rm35 3mbps for 30 days, can i tether to my pc for internet? hotspot?

Does it still have 50gb fup limit?

Tried put simcard in handphoone and share via hotspot - working.
but, put simcard in wifi router and share via hotspot - Other device connected to wifi router cannot connect to internet if using Celcom unlimited internet with hotspot subsctibe

just now saw a group of xpax promoters promoting new xpax plan, says rm25 for 35GB @ 75mbps. They told me hotspot is fast and doesn't have separate quota like the current plans (I use hotspot for pc gaming)

So I bought one simcard for rm25, went back home, put it and celcom life app showed me 25GB quota, speedtest around 70mbps, good ping and rarely packet loss, but the 10GB more is for FB freefire etc. And I didn't see the renewal plan for the rm25 for 25GB data, all renewal plans in the celcom life app are those shown on celcom xpax website

Sifus, are you all using old xpax sim card with unlimited data, where fup is more than 100gb ( new is fup 60gb)

And if using old xpax sim with unlimited package & we subscribe to this mix n match promo which ends in March 2023, then we convert back to unlimited its gonna be 100gb or 60gb fup?
