Actually, there was a misunderstanding... The CUP35 " was" not capping the speed @ 3Mbps BEFORE 1st July... It was at full high-speed back then... See below:  However, due to the power of Social Media and " big-mouth" Subscribers, CUP35 finally "activated" the 3Mbps DL/UL speed on the 1st July onwords... In terms of FUP Limit per month, nobody can claim/proof any limit so far... T&C doesn't mention the FUP Limit at all...
