Celcom is the lazy & not good when it come to app.
Maxis far better than any other telco app...

It was less than 24H for me after I confirmed my MNP.
Cheapest? I thought U Mobile or Digi will be cheaper.
Celcom network is not as good as before, I'm using its corporate line.

i used prepaid X2 plan more than 7 years...recently i just found that they change my X2 plan call rate same as the newest plan call rate which is 30 cent per minute, and still without free basic internet like newest plan. Can they change the old plan call rate as they like at any time? i don't know WTH they doing this but i will start looking for other telco

After 2 year....need to topup minimal rm30 monthly to have 30days validity ..
Might as well MNP to Unifi Mobile to get 10GB free for life..

no matter mnp or change plan....there will be minimal commitment monthly.

For Xpax™ Prepaid user, I wanted to ask about these:-

1. Is the 10gb free basic internet usable with WhatsApp?
    I'm on Xpax Turbo now, which have unlimited WhatsApp Wechat, so as long as line active, WhatsApp can still load pictures. So if I migrate to Xpax™, will this make WhatsApp picture unable to load with this 10gb basic internet?
2. Since the Celcom Life App is trash, how do you guys claim the freebies? I'm planning to get the 10gb instagram freebies? How was your experience so far with the freebies, smooth scrolling or not?
3. If I subscribe to monthly plan, will browsing Instagram consume my main data or the 10gb freebies quota?

Hi i want to ask, i subscribe Celcom plan with 2year contract and get a Note 9 Phone... been using for like 2mths and now feel the phone not suitable for me, and plan to sell the phone, but will still continue to use the the current plan... but i heard from my friend that it will be hard to sell the phone coz there is a risk that the phone will be blocked by telco if i were default payment, since im still continue using the plan under contract... is this true?

Guys is the chat/social pack dead already? I cannot check the balance data. Last time I check 1/11 still can. Now I try check it say

"Sorry, we're unable to process ur request as u have not subscribed to an Internet plan with Auto Renewal. To subscribe, dial *118#."

I still remember got 50+MB of data left. How to check now? Celcom Life app also cannot show the balance, probably not supported by the app.

Guys, need help, i wanted to port my celcom prepaid to other telco, but still have many credit inside, any idea what can i do with those credits? I only know Hotlink credit can use to buy voucher, game credit etc haha
