telco/plan without categories bucket all usage using sama data.

Same as 10gb facebook. Celcom will charge it like youtube, 10gb for RM7/week or 15gb for RM20/month.

as long within active validity.....Xpax free 10GB Facebook is monthly auto renewal
it all depend on your reload amount

if you reload RM10 mean 10 days validity...so 10 days Facebook 10GB...but if you can finish that 10GB within that active validty
then the rest of that month...speed throttle for Facebook unless you buy Internet plan.
