QUOTE(Gold_Moderator @ Nov 2 2023, 09:28 AM) This is the lowest Xpax can offer you. I now rarely can get RM20 for that kind of offer. Last month I got RM21, and the offer keep on changing from day to day, sometimes 23 sometimes 28.This post has been edited by a2zextra: Nov 2 2023, 06:25 PM Gold_Moderator liked this post

QUOTE(Azuma-kun @ Oct 14 2023, 09:39 AM) For those who were planning to downgrade your plan to Xpax Postpiad 40, I have some experience that you might want to consider before going. Maybe experience from others were different. I have use a tactic u teach. and yes, celcom guy have call back to offer the package same as u.I went to Alamanda BlueCube, to downgrade from Mega 80 to Xpax 40. However, I was told, it cannot be done after they merged with Digi. New system doesnt't allow them and Xpax 40 is only for new customer / MNP customer. The guy even suggested me some really unthinkable solution. Either I go request port in to another telco and come back to telco or terminate the number, wait for 24 hours, and re-register the number if it's still available. I really don't know what the hell he was thinking. I did argue but since my son was throwing tantrum there, due to long waiting, I decided to walk away. Went to Unifi, request to port in. Registration all done, take home the sim card, waiting for SMS from Celcom. Received SMS from Celcom saying my request has been denied. I don't mind it since I knew I haven't paid the bill yet. Plan to request again after paying the bill. Somehow, since that SMS, I've received a lot of calls from certain numbers which of course, I will ignore. I hate to entertain those scam calls. But I decided to answer 1 of the calls, coming from 019. The lady offered me Xpax Basic 35 instead. There are 2 options for this plan. 1. Unlimited data @ 6mbps, unlimited call, and usual additional useless charges. 2. 30gb high speed data, unlimited call, and usual additional useless charges. I don't remember the hotspot data I think it's 3/5gb. I'm going with 30gb high speed data since I don't really go out and I have wifi at home. From Mega 80 to Uni5G 39 to Xpax Basic 35. But how about the Uni5g package, just leave it? will it be charge or need to do something? |

Thinking to get the 7 Day Roaming Pass (RM58) for my upcoming trip to Japan which mentioned able to get 5G, is this true? Anyone tested?
I'm currently on an old plan (Lite+M Pass) which does not have 5G access, am I still able to get 5G in Japan with this roaming pass or do I need to switch to a 5G plan locally first? |

QUOTE(Susuwatari @ Nov 5 2023, 11:44 AM) ![]() I managed to chat with Celcom support, to get 5G, you need to select Softbank as the network operator. The only answer I'm not able to confirmed was whether my existing plan (Lite + M Pass) is also able to get 5G with the roaming pass or do I need to switch to a 5G plan first? I'm getting different answers from different people. |
