have you tried reaching out to cs on facebook? they are pretty responsive on facebook but no guarantee they can/will help. worth trying though.

according to celcom's website, when porting in to xpax, we will be given a new sim card with a temporary number and rm5 credit that is valid for 5 days. if mnp is completed within 5 days, do we get to keep the rm5 credit? anyone knows?

i ported in to xpax last month, used the xpax freebie and the free mnp 1gb data happily. reloaded my number today and found that i'm left with basic internet only. contacted cs and was shocked to hear that the freebies will be provisioned only if i have an active paid data plan! it's not like this with my pantai timur number.

reached out to cs again and guess what i got the same person!

initially he still insisted i should subscribe a plan first but this time, i'm prepared with screenshots of xpax faq and other cs commenting on fb that staying active is all we need to get and use the freebies, painfully over basic internet! he finally relented and submitted a case report for me.

celcom is really crappy, system-wise and their cs knowledge of their own products. pray hard that digi doesn't get sold to them!

last month when i reloaded rm5, i was given full 5 days and my credit expired on the 6th day.

today i reloaded rm1 and i expected the credit to expire tomorrow. but i'm surprised that credit is expiring on the same day.
