hmm... manage cleaning and dobi... seems like not bad.... but yea... just the location.... casting alot of doubt... not that there are really any game changer development at the surrounding kampung area... haha... thats the concern... the deal is good for the studio unit actually.... just the surroundings a bit concern... those who rent my place... have to take mrt to eat or buy basic groceries... haha.... or need drive out some distance which is not a good thing for airbnb users....

other than the saville MKH... no big booster around liao... no mall, no office, no uni and the accessibility to this location not really good in term of driving... really the best is MRT and its freehold... just my 2 cents... some ppl may see the opportunity to grow in this project in different angle...
