Can I flash USA firmware Archer C7(US)_V2_170525 for my Archer C7 v2 bought in Malaysia? the local firmware have no updates in ages, and its a pain to flash to ddwrt with some new blocking feature in |

been using asus n66u its still having regular updates till now. switched to C7 for half a year, its usable, good wifi range. however, user interface is so so, the usb port is unusable slow when you connect hdd to watch movies, very SLOW compare to Asus n66u. Not only TPlink C7 got no firmware update, they made the new C7v2 firmware so difficult to switch to ddwrt or other firmware.
