Hello, just want to find out if it possible to set TP-Link Archer A10 AC2600 without IPTV, purely for internet?

Hi, I set my Tp-link router A10 AC2600 mac address filtering 'on', but when I connect my router with my RE200 range extender there no internet connection. I have to turn my router mac address filtering 'off' then my RE200 range extender can access internet. How can I allow my RE200 to access internet with my router mac addess filtering 'on'? thanks.
