QUOTE(alantch @ Oct 20 2018, 12:42 PM) Can't be a security feature as when the router is restarted, I can ping and all devices will respond. After a short while, they will fail to respond to pings. At the same time all are still connected to the internet with no issues. Very frustrating. Wonder is Maxis will be willing to replace the router if I call them with this issue. Log a complaint, they will send their technical team to check. But as usual, the problem will not happen when they check. So, it's a 50-50 chance whether they willing to exchange the router for you. Unless you able to reproduce the same when they are there. Seems like Maxis using the customer as "white mouse" with this new Archer C5v. |
