Hi, currently my house is under renovation and came across this m5/m9 mesh wifi and i'm planning to use it next time but i need some advise from the sifus here.

My house is 4000sq ft single storey and the modem and router would be in my master room. I have prepared two wired lan cables - one to the living room and another one to the room next to my master room. CCTV DVR also in my master room

my questions are:
1) m5/m9 only has two ethernet ports. based on my understanding, i have to connect 1 ports to my unifi modem and i have 2 wired lan ethernet cable to be connected as well. any solution?

2) any restriction to use it with TV box? (EV PAD)

3) M9 plus is also a smart home hub and I would like to control my multiple fans / air conditioners in different rooms through iphone. How do i link them together? via broadlinks is sufficient or i need amazon alexa as well?

What’s the difference between TL SF 1005P and TL SG 105 gigabytes port? I’m looking for extra ports that is compatible with deco X20

maxis fibre user here. I was trying to connect X20 to my Nokia modem but it couldn't link. I have called maxis to verify my username and pw but it still couldn't connect to the internet. Internet connection type i should select PPPoE right?

I found a guide from youtube but it is connecting to Maxis router so it will have two separated wifi name which i don't really like it. I want to connect X20 directly to Modem. Any solution for this please?

Any X20/X60 users facing issue using the Wan/Lan ports? Either one of the ports of the main deco will be connecting to the modem, what about the second port? What do you use it for and any issue with it?

Hi guys, I'm X20 user here. one of my nodes is not pairing with my main deco. anyone facing the same issue? I've put them next to each other but still can't detect it. It is blinking in blue light and i can view it under my iPhone wifi connection list but it just couldn't pair with my main deco. I can connect directly to it but its showing no internet connection.

reset many times and added manually too but it can't detect it

could it be faulty unit? other two nodes are working fine.

Did they ask you any questions? Mine already over a month so i think can't exchange anymore. you only exchange the faulty unit or 3 of them?
