Are we not allowed to change DNS in Archer C5v? There's no option in here

I'm trying to set Parent Control in AC1200 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit VoIP Router, Model No: Archer C5v which was provided by Maxis but it's not working although I already enabled it and save some MACs. Does anyone know why?

Hi, I've subscribed Maxis 300Mbps at my parent house and got TP-Link EX510 as router. I plan to buy Archer AX53 to make mesh through the EasyMesh. Can I use EX510 as node or it need to be main?
