road is wide... land is small. traffic jam will be there but acceptable jam due to small land. Everyday pass thru there. few years like not much changes... but can see construction going on... alot of taman empty 1.... the stadium is a nice to have... if u already staying there. expect every day sweep up dirt from your house floor.

expect the building to sink... since this is not a solid land...
if the building no sink, the road will sink...
