Selalunye berapa bulan bayaran tertunggak baru bank akan tarik kereta?

bank: CIMB
monthly: rm900
already paid 7 out of 9 years loan tenure (more than 70% total loan amount)

afaik if you had pay more than half the loan till % something, they cant tarik ur kereta in anyway pun.. check ur bank aggreement.. they only can restructure the loan to something else

noted. but i just want to survive for another few months due to some emergency.
i can pay extra rm100 everymonth to cover back the due. but thanks for the suggestion

buy another number plate with random numbers and stick it on your car.

yes. i know if paid more than 70% they cannot do anything.
but just afraid they ask gangster to harass me.


my due is on 28th,
salary on 25th.. sometime they even call me before due date!! even when there is no outstanding!

2month 21days - repossesion order / RO keluar liao...

anytime the car on the road before 9pm on tat day can tarik liao...

call bank and restructure is the best possible idea...

No. Usually like this. Most people just run and hide. Anything can discuss with manager one. I talked with bank manager last time on housing loan. He said normally when receive lawyer letter or call from bank, they ignore and not replying. Actually, bank do not want to repossess the house. That is the thing they want to avoid. The manager said people can come and discuss for solution even if have to extend the period a bit

kalau tak bayar sebulan selama 3 bulan tak tarik pun sebab still tertunggak sebulan, bank hanya akan call suruh bayar tunggakan.

they have to call u before due date so that you wont get any penalty charges. its called reminder from the bank.

dah tertunggak sebulan lama dah. plan nk tunggakkan lgi sebulan so total 2 bulan lah.
terpaksa utk sementara waktu.

call up bank discuss with them. CIMB is the most reasonable IMHO.

If kereta ada dlm kawasan pagar rumah... Dan org tarik ada diluar pagar... They cant force you to give or take by trespassing your house... If the do call police... Simpan kereta dlm pgr rumah lg selamat

same with mine..awal tahun depan abis bayar..over 75% bank x bole tarik dah..kalau tarik kena ada surat mahkamah..itu repo bank xde guna..hahah..ambik la kesempatan..

After 2 month 21 days, bank will give out another letter giving u 14 days to settle. Only after that 14 days ro come out.

If u have paid 75% of the car price ( not loan ), bank must get court order to reposes ur car.

If the car is parked inside ur gate, they can still take it. But must make police report 1st. Safest way to hide is inside the gate n car is covered. Reposesers cant enter the house n see if under the cover is the car they want or not. They must see n be certain its the car to take it. N gate must be locked. They cant damage any property ( beside the car ) to take the car.

Lagipun bila payment bermasalah..akan ada PIC nya.cuba bercakap dengan dia terus instead operator biasa

Based on my experienced last time on 2006, i tak bayar for 6 months with cimb. Cimb the best bank u can nego, everytime collection department call, u must pick up and tell them ur sad story ask for extensions, ussually the will ask to pay maybe half or 200-300, something like that.

Kalau xnak call discuss ngan bank, bayar sikit2 dahulu tapi kereta kena simpan kat tempat lainlah dan bawa keluar cuma hari ahad saja.
