Eh. You are in SG as well?. You can actually get the battery around $78 here from carousell or wait for some nice voucher for qoo10/ Lazada , but no matter how, its almost impossible to beat the combo pricing.

Yeah, just got here few months ago.

Haha, already got the battery. Yup, its better to get the combo. You are also using Spark?

Oh, interesting. Price is slightly cheaper than getting in Singapore via DJI online store. In singapore, alot reseller is selling combo accessories only for 400 SGD, cheaper if you bought spark from them.

Yeap, I believe combo set is much more worth it & to fully enjoy Spark, you will need to get full combo set and + 2 additional battery. 2 Battery is not satisfy enough when you fly, I find 4 battery just nice and can fully utilize the charging adapter + hub.

The battery in Malaysia is so cheap, in SG after convert to RM need around RM280+  sweat.gif
*
but if you don't convert.. dollar to dollar.. i think sg should be cheaper and affordable price hahaha.. but are sg reseller sell those combo accessories original from dji sg or dji china? i know lotsa reseller in msia hike up the price before the launching and some not original from dji malaysia even the accessories

dji combo set will be available in malaysia probably by beginning of aug

Yup, it's much much more affordable compare to Malaysia if dollar to dollar. Once start working in SG, purchasing power is damn different compare when work in Malaysia tongue.gif

Some famous shop is local DJI SG, but price will be slightly higher while those much cheaper abit will be DJI china, it come with chinese instruction. Agree wit reseller in Msia, when global just release, I saw the price in Malaysia is crazily high sweat.gif

DJI online store do not ship to Malaysia right? So for DJI Malaysia set have to get thru DJI official store like Paradigm mall?

Should be due to stock shortage, Malaysia not priority thus take longer. Some of the people in US/UK just got their combo set like recently where they mostly pre order around June.

Do Malaysia/US/China warranty matters? As I see even for SG set, for warranty we still have to bare the cost to ship to DJI Shen Zhen, and DJI bare the cost for express shipping back to us after it's repair.

msia buying power is too low.. already not enough to spend la.. how to spend on others? biggrin.gif dji online doesn't ship to msia. to buy dji malaysia set have to go through official seller that take stock from local distributor that bring in dji products. the one in paradigm mall is not dji official store.. it's only the shop name and i don't think it have affiliated with dji

for malaysia warranty, if got any issue. we just need to send back to the shop and they will send to distributor for warranty or repair locally. it depends on distributor.. some distributor will send back to china but the cost is not bare by consumer. that is what i heard. full details not sure.

Haha, Agree. If compare dollar to dollar, eating and transportation in SG is much cheaper than KL. Oh, I thought the store in paradigm mall is DJI official store, as the design very similar to those official DJI store.

Oh I see, seems like Malaysia is better. In SG, some shop which I ask they will help to send back to DJI but still require to pay a small fees like about 30 SGD.

Yeap, most likely.

Yeah, owned for around a week+.

So far only did 4 flights, for the image I can say it's on par with S7 edge(*As I'm using S7 edge), have not did any night shot but day shot is good enough, later after work I share picture I took with Spark last week.

For video, I just record a 2 min flight, I could say it's good enough but try to minimize using yaw because of the 2 axis gimbal when yaw could notice a slight jitters.

Panorama is good, able to take horizontal/vertical and it took 9 picture automatically but it's better to stitch it yourself after taking as DJI app auto reduce the size and quality.

Gesture control is a hit and miss, and use with cautious. It's recommend to use when connect with your phone/controller.

Even Spark is small size, it could withstand quite a strong wind, my first flight I did it during windy condition but surprisingly it able to hold it position well and the picture/video taken it's all look good.

Overall, I would say Spark is a good drone for person who is new to drone and do not mind some sacrifice in image such as Raw and longer shutter speed. The downside is on the range, as it's using WiFi, its very easy to get interference in urban area.

so far only try Marina Barrage, but Singapore flyer also can. Marina Barrage is suitable for maiden flight, dont do it on the part people play kite, its not allow, you can fly at the grass beside car park. If you want we could meet up and go fly together, there is actually a active mavic & spark group in Singapore, I joined their whatsapp group and almost everyday there will be few person gather together to fly.
