13 hours is a whole lot in total,

YOur plants won't be able to absorb anything more than 10 hours of lighting..

Drew

Added on March 20, 2009, 11:03 amSo guess what absorbs it? Algae.

Do you have ottocincullus in there?? About those tapeworm.. are they planaria?? If yes.. then.. hmm... I hear there is a type of crs safe medication for those, maybe yujin should know.. It's usually a sign of overfeeding.. so that you know lol.

Drew
*
nah...i dun think is overfeeding problem because i feed them every 4 or 5 days once....throw in 2 sinking pallet for them....

btw...will otto harm my shrimplets?

hmmmm......

Hmmm, ottos are surely safe in a crs tank, one of the only fishes I trust to keep with CRS..

In american forums, they say that it is because ottos are true vegetarians, So they won't hunt down your shrimplets.. Either way, they won't harm them.

Vermex, haha thanks for reminding..

otto are NOT vegetarian.
u can try feed with frozen bloodworm, and see they eat onot...
mine last time i fed crs, they eat together....

one of my fren do notice something....
he was watching at the tiny baby shrimp hanging on wall, and otto pass by, hilang......
not sure either ate by otto, or run away...
*
sh*t!!...if tat's the case..i prefer remove it manually.... smile.gif smile.gif now also i sit down infront of my tank after dinner to catch the snails...
