some question here, my fluorescent light will blink in 30secs/3mins/etc when it is switched off for. It blink for 1 sec or so only but keep repeating.

any idea ? my wiring got problem ? i change the fluorescent light (philip) but the problem still occurs. maybe it's the adapter ?
