i think they reserving that part of the land for all the back services entrance (Rubbish Truck) and some part of the land is also reserved for the future phases construction entrance

If u see the picture tower 2 base is at the 3 third crane area where the 2 excavators are digging now. Currently foundation is all completed, ground floor is starting soon. Tower A is around 10% faster.

The middle part is the Car Park and also the facilities at Level 6

Yup 2 of the towers is above 50 floors...if Sunway gets WD Land it will have probably office blocks and more residential

As for the master plan you can see it at the sales gallery. Another 2 towers and town houses (like those in Sunway Geo Lake)

yea progressing well, thanks to one of the owner fren that takes this picture from WD side

The building frontage would be facing the lake but the main entrance would be slightly tilted, so it looks seamless coming in from the linked road and new bridge

Why not build a park instead? These type of stagnant lake is not just dirty looking, it will emit stinky air, just like lakeside campus and subang lake. Some more so close to the residential building.

when its completed its going to be a park..there is another phase and also in the future there will be a club house. There is tracks now which people can jog but don't think anyone doing it.

They are building a bridge across the lake now when its completed can run in circle and the lake would look better with WD closing down. Hopefully WD land would be made a green development connected to this lake.

Yup it's slightly slow overall due to the price...mostly if ppl buy it will be for own stay

but then at least with sunway i feel the quality will be ok. The main con is also SunCon for this.

isn't this a common practice? they don't give u all the rebate, its like 10% for first payment and another 5% for next stage and so on

sales seems to start picking up after the serene go-cart opened (which means another phase will be there)
