sunway usually not cheap but their workmanship is ok and quite reliable...
also the factored in the future pricing..given the fact that WD factory is closing down i think they increased the price abit for tower b...the area seems to be more appealing now... if sunway manage to get the land there might be another few more phases to go as they already acquire the land next to WD...which is the current sunway serene go cart location. |

![]() This is the overall proposed development for the area (Provided they didn't get the WD Land) i see the current Plot 1 would be a better value especially for own stay with the facilities and the layout are more spacious. Also if the market recovers and we will be sitting on a bull market when this project completes in another 24 months time. |
