28B right in front got a nice lake for you. You should go have a look at it. The place is very strategic as well

Soon when they clean up the lake should be way nicer than it is now

Access good you can go to ldp from behind road through golf club to paradigm, federal also is quite near. To shah alam and subang is easier. Icon city too expensive thats why somemore office product, kelana kaya is bombard by office supply hardly to get rental return. But for residence its good. Con is not near lrt but there is a bus stand nearby ss7. I wonder people who invest for 500++ pr sqr ft still need lrt? Most of them prefer to drive.
