anyone know if this property easy to sell in the future ? i've been visiting the place for a month plus, only after i signed i realized i like other place more. I buying for own stay no plan to invest or etc.

Just placed the booking fee for a 2BR unit that opened up due to previous SPA termination (not sure what happened there). Quickly placed the booking fee and SPA signing will be after Xmas. Quick hands! westthen liked this post

Do we have any info on which internet service provider will be providing access to Serene? Unifi is probably expected, but I would prefer Time..they tend to be available in newly built condos..hope Serene too!
