price not bad, location not bad. problem is developer, small to mid size developer trying to build 2 projects (master plan excluded). 1 arunya and 1 for the wooden house, both at the same time. if larger developer, then the price might be diff as most of the project 'near' mrt are selling kinda mrt price.
