I'm not sure ratio 30:70can make change Malays reserved land open to non Malay. But back to the 30% buyer hav yo paid higher price to cover the remaining 70%. In term of rental collection already big big no coz malay entrance price is far below than non malay. Still not talk about selling and transferring own ship non Malay to non Malay. Suddenly gov policy change than mati LOL. Sell also no people wan.

Rental u also lose far away to Malay coz u buying higher than Malay price.
