Hi, for both Dremian and Aeres, you can get better price than this especially Dremien, the occupancy rate is very low. A lot of investor. They cant hold long due to the high maintenance fee. You can ask for better price. For Cora, I am not sure about the price. Thanks

Based on my last research, for aeres semi D corner, RM1.8M and for Dremian maybe RM100 k different. This is about 6 months ago. For Cora, I have no idea because I dun like the location. Low land, near to industry and HTC. Just my opinion.

I checked. Actually Aeres semi D Intermediate is around RM1.58M to RM1.6M, Dremian will be slight different at RM1.65 to RM1.75M. U can check iProperty. U need to go and see both projects yrself. From my opinion, Dremian have beautiful house but Aeres have bigger house and better landscaping. But both have to pay high maintenance fee. I think if you want to get a unit, you should nego kaw kaw. Good time to nego! Happy hunting!

Setia Alam used to smooth driving to PJ despite long distance. But the jam is nightmarish. U must leave your house at 6.30am. If not, it will take you 1 and half hour to PJ. Within Setia Alam, generally is smooth but also need to avoid peak hour. The population in Setia Alam is booming...

Hahaha. very true. One of my work in KL, he start his journey at 6.30am, reach office around 8.15am when traffic is normal. If small accident occur, habis. Can balik ipoh liao. THis is just the beginning because there are still a lot of development around and using the same way out to PJ. (Setia Alaman, Bukit Raja..... )
