My assumption would be it's to cater for other nation, where English isn't the standard language.. E.g. Italy, Spain.

Edit:

1. First picture taken from schmeichel7's earliest post. Credit to him.
2. Btw, just happened to notice that, there's a number indicate behind the nike's tag.. mine is 19610891. Production number?  sweat.gif

Well.. the tags are similar to the ones used by previous Man United jerseys. For the Code 7 jerseys I have and some replicas, they use this tag... It's an original one from what I see and yes the numbers behind the black nike security tag is the jersey's serial number.

yea i been there. i did my jersey there, and my bf did a few of his too. they gave me discount laugh.gif which is for those who buy from the shop.

i've never done anything at weston before, but i can tell you the people there ain't as helpful and they're quite rude in fact. i was told by the not-main-branch of weston that the main branch has the NNs of most of the players in ac milan, quite impressive, if only they do not require people to buy jerseys from their shops in order to do NN lar, cos we've already bought the jerseys what.

there's this shop somewhere near the weston in queenstown as well...forgot the name...that has some cool old jerseys for sale, much like weston.

shop near weston selling old jerseys? i think that's a branch of Weston lah, selling the older stuff. but i may be wrong though.

yup, Weston not that helpful, and that shop at Peninsula is really2 limited in terms of NNs available. Try Champion @ Peninsula too, they got NN service as well.

Weston @ Queensway (actually) is ok one lah, but u gotta know the guys there to really be able to get some decent service from them. they do have the silly requirement though, but if they know that you've bought from there before, they are ok with doing NN for you. their prices are also quite ok as well, as compared to other jerseys-selling shops in Singapore.

Premier is ok, they do the NNs regardless of where you buy the jersey, but their application guy not that experienced IMO, as compared to the guy @ Weston Queensway. howevery, they got a lot of NN choices, esp if you're looking for set numbers ala UCL.

Anyone knows where can i find Newcastle United boys size jersey in Selangor? I'm small in size, normally all the jerseys in Nike outlets that i've seen are too big for me.

which one's champion? the one where no one goes in and is quite secluded? weston doesn't allow you to buy NN and badges home, which i have to if friends request, so premier football and la-vanita is better in terms of that.

hmm i think we're going quite OT here. but you have to admit, even in premier where you think the guy doing the NN ain't that experienced, they have better service and professionalism than in malaysia (IMHO). the guy who did my jersey had a guidebook for how high and low etc the NN should be, and he was very meticulate and bothered about it. not like here, so-so simply hentam lar.

you're right there. Premier does have a guide book, and they are very very good in terms of service and professionalism. here the guys are more hands-on, experienced types, and they do make mistakes some times. trick is, as consumers, you've gotta know what you want and tell them exactly that. dont let them hentam2.

out of curiousity, you live in Singapore?

What we post here is about the latest kits involved. As shown by the topic, it's about New Kits for 07/08.

All that is discussed here is about the new jerseys. Photos of the new kits being paraded by male/female fans, how to apply the NNs on the new kits (because using new NNs), where to get them.. and I always post pictures of any latest kits.

Sadly this forum does not have a dedicated topic where we all can discuss about football jersey collections, differentiating ori and fake, new latest launched kit etc.. All these kinds of topics are spread inside this football lounge. My dream would be to have:

user posted image

Something like that above. I'm not sure if it's possible to have a sub topic in a sub topic of Football Lounge. If it's possible, why not?

I don't see anyone posting pics of past season's jerseys. If there is, it's for educational or informational purposes.. Anyone hates my postings here?

Football is so general.. not just about the game, it's about the gear, the passion, the opinions etc...

If you have a problem with my postings here or others.. Apologies again. This just shows how interesting and fun it is about football jerseys. rather than waste time arguing with rival fans, we can all share interesting stuffs together. For example, aw13 is very good friends with me because of all this... But he's a Chelsea fan and I'm a United fan. We don't argue at all about the matches. Too childish to do that..
