I got myself one actually, it is RM48. I am waiting for the current strings to be broken, then only I install it in. tongue.gif

Added: All the time before this I used to buy guitar strings worth around RM20, so would like to try something new.

Most of the stores I have been, they do not have EXP strings at all. So I have asked one of mine friend to bring it in,

I dunno!! >_< I'm having a hard time trying to play depapepe with all those barr chords =/
Maybe its that white thingy at the start of the fretboard(the one holding the strings in between the tuning board and the first fret, what was it called again...) its too high? >_> I should get a scaler or sand paper to shorten it xDD
Nothing to do with the tension thats for sure >_> any looser and i might not be able to play it =/

Well, same here. Basically I just practice, keep holding it. Most of the guitars out there are like. Now I can press the full F chord anytime without any problems. It is the matter of time. smile.gif

The worst part of this story is not my guitar playing, it is bass. Imagine thicker strings.

all the taiko and tai ka jeh here,

i had been playing accoustic for about 1 year. i am using cheap guitar never heard the brand be4(baught for about RM270). now i only know chords and some strumming patterns and smooth at switching in between most popular chords.

think of upgrade but i only got RM600 the most. should i change ? any advise ?

my problem with my current guitar is just that the string is high from fret. make me hard to play barr chord.  so what do u guys think ?tqtq

Can try to look for Yamaha or Santa Cruz brands around that budget.

What you did to the guitar that the strings are gone far away from the fret?

can you give me the address? or roughly where is it ? thx for the info.
btw, this afternoon went to midvalley, rphday music store or what forgot the name..  that guy show me some accoustic brand "Martinez" . he showed me 1 those thin type accoustic with fibreglass back. built in pick up with  euqalizer selling RM560. that guy told me wont get wrong go with that since it is cheap for that type of guitar. he said those thin type guitar with fibreglass back other brand need RM1k ++ onwards only can get. is it true ?

he claimed that "Martinez" is still new brand so they put cheaper price to promote their guitar 1st.  My main usage is just play by my own inside my room or 2 or 3 frens playing only. never go jamming also. which type should i buy ???  those conventional totally wood type ? or thos thin type with fibreglass back ? icon_question.gif  tqttq.
yamaha just now when to Alamanda and check out. the accoustic that i can only afford there is F310 only costs around RM310++ (package). the rests exceed RM1k. damn. rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif

It is at Jalan Bukit Bintang, KL. Official website: http://www.bentleymusic.com/

Martinez, this brand is good. I would say it is equivalent to Santa Cruz that I mention. About fibreglass, I have never heard of it before.

Some Yamaha stores does not have their full range products.

I suggest that you get the Martinez.
