This is interesting.
Do you do any running(cardio) before weight lifting?
I realise you didnt include any abs workout, why is that?

Anyway, push as hard as you can in the gym and don't give up!! flex.gif

Instead of having chicken all the time, why not have canned tuna in brine?
It has at least 20g of protein for every 100g of tuna you consume. It also have the quality fish oil in it.
