The scales are usually off wan la... and i think they PURPOSELY use that to inflate the fat% so ppl would be more inclined to join the gym.
Still waiting to get my own calipers... cry.gif couldn't find any when i went searching this weekend sad.gif

Adapting to that much volume already? i can imagine when you change programme to a lesser volume... your body might not feel the effect of lifting lesser volume. tongue.gif
