Hi fense, we thank you for the feedback and we sincerely apologize for the unexpected technical difficulties in the beginning of the seminar.
To answer your concerns which you have highlighted in your post;
1) Door gift – Attendees with a Rakuten Trade account who checked-in at the event will receive 500 Rakuten Trade points.
2) Lunch – As mentioned in the agenda, refreshments is provided at 4:15 pm (full agenda can be found here https://www.eventbrite.com/e/rakuten-trade-...076824?aff=es2# and click on DETAILS)
3) Info – The first half of the seminar was aimed towards educating new and current customers on how to fully utilize the iSPEED.my application and stock screeners while the remaining half was for our research team to talk about the market outlook for 2018.

We hope that the above clarifies your concerns. We love to hear direct feedback from the community to better improve not only our products and services but also our on-ground events.
