Hi all,

I have encountered some problem during deposit transaction. Due to certain reason, I have used a 3rd party account to deposit money into the rakuten cash upfront account.
But then the transaction was failed with the reason "Transaction from 3rd party account".

However, the money in my bank has been deducted? ANY IDEA how to solve this?
