What will be the consequences of providing TIN number when signing up the contra account?

Hi, I am new to Rakuten Trade and share investment.
I bought some shares under contra account this morning. Do I need to pick up shares if I have enough money in my contra account for my purchase? I can see my shares under "Outstanding" tab but there is no pick up button. |
