Hi Riri. I saw your comment on this on another thread earlier. Like what most forumers mentioned, we do not have the cut loss function at the moment.

The sell function you use earlier is the normal sell function which allows you to sell at the specific price you want (provided its higher than the sell price traded at that point of time, else it will be matched immediately if you place the sell price lower)

if you used market order, yes, the order will be matched at the best price and second best,third best and it goes on until the order is matched completely (unless there is no buyer or seller)

Are you referring to shares or funds? I assume is transfer of shares.

Normally we advise clients to:
1) Talk to your M+ remisier about this request.
2) They would probably give you a transfer of shares form or e-form to fill.
3) In the form, it would require to state your full RT's CDS account and Name

3.1) CDS Number

You full CDS number is: 073-001- XXXXXXXXX (the remaining numbers are stated in the web platform right below ‘Cash Upfront/Contra’ tab on top left corner)

3.2) CDS Name (fill up as per the info below)

KENANGA NOMINEES (TEMPATAN) SDN BHD RAKUTEN TRADE SDN BHD FOR XXXX (your name as per NRIC)

4) Then fill up the quantity of shares and share name to be transferred over.
5) Pay RM10.60 to M+ per share (company) transfer regardless of quantities
6) Be rewarded with a one-time 150 RT Pts (equivalent to RM1.50 which you can be used for brokerage rebate), for every successful share transfer made into your RT account
