received TM SMS saying my usage reached 70% of credit limit which is RM242++ before my bill arrived. Dafuq? Izzit consists of 1 mth upfront pymt?

I applied for the swap from Ruby Pack to Jumbo Lite Pack on Thursday. 20 minutes ago TM called to confirm the swap. 5 minutes ago received the SMS to inform the swap has completed. Checked and confirmed Jumbo Lite channels are in and Ruby channels are out.

Those who got the free upgrade from VIP5 to Unifi Lite 10 will still be using the STB as well as the HyppTv Everywhere.

Oh isit? But the installer told me that for unifi lite, port 4 for hypp tv will be disabled by default therefore disabling hypp tv.

This is another dirty ripoff from TM,
if anyone seeing this must ask TM to waive off immediately.

next time those have streamyx will use back old number and port into VOIP, u no need to have so many number already.

20 Jun 2017 onwards, PSTN & Streamyx customer can bring the number to be UniFi phone number.

Customer who already using UniFi, and got extra PSTN number (got 1 line unifii + 1 line pstn at the same premise) also can bring the number to be UniFi phone number right now. Can be requested at TMpoint

Anyone here on streamyx before convert to unifi? Do you have overpayment for streamyx? If yes... anyone get their refund already?

Old times, i think just need road address.  i have no objection if they want to pm.. Even thou tm provide the service checking at their website but sometimes not updated. An agent can push and check if there was mistaken port like i does.. Port actually not full  7/8 for  10/10 port . but they said full. An agent can push to check again either port really full or not.

An agent can provide service either to changed from aneka to jumbo lite maybe ? Syfi  maybe..

If no agent push here, maybe the unifi lite don't even exist to prolong to end of raya..

It's like we can assume agent here can provide first level support rather then thinking they profit just 1 month..  Un much really.

I had an older copper telephone number. TM said it cannot be ported over to Unifi Lite, as it has its own number, to remain copper telephone number rental RM25 as before.

BTW, bringing old telephone number to UniFi is free (1 telephone number only for unifi).

However, if we choose to maintain the old telephone number and plus new number for unifi (1 old telephone number + 1 new number for unifi), we will get 2 telephone lines. The old telephone number is charged RM25/mth. However, application before 20June will maintain charged at Rm1/mth. In other words, TM is requesting us to terminate the copper line after we switch to Unifi.

I think this new rule applicable to unifi advance and pro too

Sorry. For the 2nd question, the number at unifi cannot switch to copper.
The number at copper line can switch to unifi at the same exchange. Free for new unifi, rm25 for existing unifi.
Im currently waiting unifi to my place. The fiber cabling already being laid behind my house. And the phone number from copper is frequently being use by my family. Dont want to change the number.

Older subscription can do the same. However, it is not free and have one time fee rm25 per number  for change number fee

So now you are maintaining on the previous number and not the new VOIP number?
