i bought up my order-ID to clarify with TM live chat again,
and yes once again they confirmed no penalty will be charged (they treat it as speed upgrade whatever their theory is)
if they're insisted penalty on your case,
then they're just being double standard ass.
did your agents say it's termination penalty or downgrade penalty? (huge diff price wise)

that's why I always have a habit -- screenshot every claims from live chat & TM official replies from various sources.
at least we have some black & white backup for counter arguments if they try to screw you up in future.

and the drama continue,
less than 24 hours from installation,
one of the previously failed agent (previously tell me to give up RM129 and ask me to take Maxis RM139, but i ignore him),
today suddenly come to me, and "claimed" that he's the one behind all the appeals and efforts that i'm able to get RM129 instantly from other agent.
LMAO he's trying to steal the glory now.
the best part is he's even try to convince me to CANCEL my order/appointment tomorrow,
and quickly re-register with him again so he can rob the commission.
what an unethical ass.

it's HyppTV Everywhere Apps, means u watch it on PC/tab/smartphone.
if want to watch on TV maybe need get ur own android box (not familiar so can't elaborate much)
and the 3 months freebies is for additional 9 channels I mentioned before.
while the Varnam/Aneka/Ruby is lifetime.

Current gap between highest Shitmyx (8mbps) and lowest Unifi (30mbps) is just too big,
Many users including me are more fond towards the missing gap of 9mbps-29mbps

If in the end 30Mbps is made up available for you, which means you're guaranteed for Lite too.
should fight for it unless paying RM70+ extra per month is not a problem for you.
Lite won't simply vanish after 31/5/17
