Not really! I signed up Unifi from day one. I only replace the STB after Unifi change the STB to white box. I got a free replacement after I told them the LCD displace on the silver unit is faulty. At first they told me if the unit damage by lightning I have to bare the cost (RM150) but since is the LCD display that is faulty they will change it for free.
