XFX warranty is 2 years for Asian Region. Regardless the location u bought, RMA for Asian user will be send to HK branch. Thus, the cover will be according to user region.
As for Asus, I think most people think that Asus it is the brand that established here very long and strong. In fact, Asus is now have hard time to compete with other VGA manufacturer such as EVGA and BFG in North America market.
That is proved by the fact that EVGA become #1 brand in USA for VGA.

For me all the same. Not much of a difference really. That's because i overclocked every single card that i got and change the stock fan with a better one. |
