Nope u have a receipt your receipt is the most powerful tool because it's not your fault Samsung didn't input or rubbish system as a pre order you are entitled that extended warranty and glass insurance as long as you pre order in April not collect on 4 or 5th may

thats right, since v3 and v4 and now in v5 i'm still repeating it over and over.

If you cant accept it, then dont accept it. Software "fix" is not a real "fix". No amount of software tinkering can fix your hardware related problem. Yes, its hardware related dont be in denial.
Particularly because the red-tint issue is not uniform on the screen itself!

I dont want to say more, let Erica Griffin do the talking for me. She herself said software fix with the update didn't help much, especially if your red-tint is not uniform across the screen, reason being if you mess with the red slider, it affects other parts of the screen where the red-tint is not present, so you end up getting a weirder colour balance.

Example of not uniform red-tint issue.

but if its not uniform, adjusting the red sliders may get you into this problem which i've personally encountered as well when testing it on the demo units:
before fix, when everything default:

It's not in the system yet from what I was told. But certificate already prepared.

Yup absolutely agree. It is not worth without changing it in my opinion.

From what I could see, just slightly red tint instead of grainy. If it's grainy, that's because of the screen protector.

Not sure why still trying to find the fault. It's just a matter of preference. Personally the red tint looks okay to me. In fact, I think the warmer red tint is less annoying and fatigue to look at.

People tend to look for the red but missed the blue. Amoled is really saturated by design, hence why is everyone trying to point that it's white/red/blue/green?

I haven't register Samsung warranty under My Registered Products.

Is it right now i have to register the product (attached Lazada invoice) > wait for approved > approved > bring mobile to Samsung service for replace a new screen?

If constant then can maybe able to fixed but it still somewhere wrong.

The one I seen is not constant which is hard to fixed and it is some how not as "shine" as mine even after tune it.

The not constant one probably will seen not constant grey also when in pure dark room because the screen same as my ex. Tab S2 which I found weird, then I look on pure dark room on grey color, I get shock and immediate change it.

By the way the person didn't use any screen protector.

Difficult to tell it words, it is way different.

But the owner can't seen it, good to him. Such thing not everyone can seen but I am very sensitive to screen, not constant is way beyond my acceptance level.

If only edge when you view at narrow view then it is nothing. Since S6 Edge already got such issue and I can said S8/S8+ is the less compare with previous model.

But if on screen and especially top half and bottom half in different color then is somewhere wrong and the update cannot tune such symptom screen.
