hey guys need your advice i try Machine Bench Press Exercise and i try go as far 8 rep and the 9th and 10th seriously i can make a single inch and im struggling.
do anyone know why ? does my muscle is not so strong to lift this ?

U need to start with lower count, and at least 5 reps.
Your muscle cant handle it.. yet.
so start with lower count first.

Adjust the weight to suit your strength. Else, simply buy a bench and bunch of dumbbells.

No. But does my reply bother u? If yes then maybe u should think first next time before starting a thread when the answer is pretty obvious. So that I dont have to reply and can concentrate on my work.

Start with "zero weight" first (gradually increased weight) 5 reps min. 3 sets.

It means you ain't progressing if you're doing the same weight same reps after a month

Either nutrition is wrong, recovery is wrong or just simply program is wrong

Deng. Sudah cakap banyak kali. Start with compound movements. You are just too weak for that weight.
