Just want to thank Cheng for his service from site inspection to final installation! Here is my review;

1. Services: Cheng provides best-in-class service. Why do I say that? The master room final curtain was shorter than what we agreed upon and he took it upon himself to replace it FOC (will update the picture for the new curtain for my master room once it's installed ) while still installing the shorter one as I have thrown out my old one prior to the installation date although his schedule was super busy, he still manages to install my curtain prior to Christmas and he really keeps his word well- that's trust!

2. Quality of curtain: When your wife likes it very much and kept mentioning it's like hotel quality then you know you're doing the right thing! initially, she was skeptical but towards the end, she's very happy and wants our new home to have cheng doing the curtain again.

3. Installation: installer came in late a bit however he did call in advance on the issues due to rain so all good. Very polite and his work is very clean.

4. Pricing: Pricing is very competitive for the quality of work. My friend didn't believe the pricing and said the curtain should cost more. Thanks Cheng!!

Overall I'm pleased to share my good experience and thanks for all the good feedback within this forum that enable me to buy the curtain from Cheng confidently! I hope I can add to that positive feedback!
