From my experience while using 2.4 ghz so much interfearence from other electrical device. While using 5 ghz.. smooth til the max.. either using lan cable or 5ghz can get full speed. 2.4 ghz sometimes 10-15 mb ..I can never reach that kind of speed by wifi 2.4ghz.
