You need goto the TM authorized dealer (not direct TM) to subscribe rm179 package with hypptv&phone and will end by mid of june.

Until mid of June is the period that TM given to the dealer to clear off all the RM179 package.
If you stay at landed and need to pull the fibre cable then of course need to charge for the installation. Else if pure TM unifi setting installation (modem/router) is FOC 1.
