Why TM suddenly so nice? Last time capped at around 47mbps and now around 53mbps... so nice wor~

Long time didnt test speed liao... But few time I got only 2-3mbps result only... is it my problem or TM? Can I know what about rebate RM40 for autopay?

My Unifi down... Only LAN1 got light== everything working until yesterday around 11pm until now.

My Unifi down since 11pm yesterday. Only LAN1 got light. Is it TM issue? All VoIP, HpyyTV cant use.

Router no problem at all. Is BTU only LAN1 light up... AUTH, LINK, TEL1, VOIP all no light. Is suddenly cannot connect. Didnt change anything yesterday.

Happened to me two weeks ago. I think the BTU light was red on my fibre unit when the issue occured. Turns out the fibre cable is broken, maybe it broke due it being old or some pest bit it. The fibre cable was routed through my kitchen to the back of my house when TM set it up years ago.

Called TM early in the morning, they came in same day in the afternoon and linked the cable back.

Finally spent RM160 to replace the fiber optic cable... Maybe the fiber broken already... Not bitten by mouse...sad... RM160 gone haha

Really bor? Free call? I think I same package with you, if free call I will use it liao... But I heard the installers told me last time. Said I have 600mins free after installed. But I never use it as I takut kena charge...
