will also ask about "downgrading" my VIP10 to Unifi Lite
eh, where's the RM129 unifi lite, now only has RM149 in the website

seriously, go ahead and downgrade
i requested to downgrade and was told my bill will have extra RM20 discount while maintaining the old VIP10 package, no need to terminate and reapply for the Unifi Lite 10 - RM129 for 10 up 10 down plus free TM calls and basic hypptv

but then my bill on 22/7 still showing RM149 thus a MCMC report was made
TM called then followed by the TM Point which offered me the above RM20 extra discount, apparently only TM Point can give that on reason customer wanted to terminate, now waiting for 22/8 to confirm whether I get RM129 or not
