Better discon your line and let the current resident apply by themselves. they will get new equipment of course.
you can discon after they get the new line. no worries, one house can install more than 1 line.

have you restart your router?

try using your voip phone. if can call out next morning call 100 and make a complaint. if kana bar , well ...

I kana like that last month. next day ok already. dont know what happened.

Modem RED LIGHT S.O.P.
1. Check bill
2. Call TM @ +60322411290 for line status
3. reset UNIFI Username and Password properly
4. Replace ADSL SPLITTER if you found it faulty
5. Check home phone for fault
6. Use direct connection without ADSL SPLITTER
7. Ask TM to reset connection if all above has bee rectified (FINAL)

Alternatively you can buy any android box media from lazada for example. less than rm150 can get a decent 1GB RAM set already. way better that the white Huawei box. yes you can still watch hypptv from it

File a complaint through MYTM chat page (not through phone call helpline)

After 1 week check on the status of your complain ticket through occ.unifi.my
If still nothing, call their helpline and threaten them to report to MCMC/SKMM

By the way, talk with them in a calm & professional manner
Shouting at them is not going to make things go faster, instead will just make things go even slower

those free tm router, it is like using ron 95 for your GTR ( if you are running on 100mbps )
you can try selling the router and get a better router for yourself. sooner or later when start using it and getting speed choked, that's the signal that u need to changed to a better router

no point paying so much but getting mediocre service
