just curious, why certain user are happy to received the TP Link Archer C5 and some are unhappy to receive D Link DIR-815L? Is it TP link is better than the D-Link?

Yesterday night my BTU suddenly went weird where all the LED lights is on and blinking like disco light. Call up TM for support and a malay girl with lovely voice answer my call and ask me to use the HyppTV power adapter to replace the BTU's existing power adapter and viola problem solved. She told me that she will help me to log a case to replace the power adapter for me and she mention to me that the BTU will be lifetime warranty as long as I am subscribe to UniFi. And today a guy from TM drop by my house and pass me a new power adapter and took back the faulty one. Kudos TM for the great support!
