Just got back from TMpoint.

From 100mbps downgrade to 30mbps without paying RM200.00. Also managed to get RM169.00 (RM179.15nett). Surprisingly entitle for FOC upgrade to 50mbps either this August of September 2017. Oklah not bad after so many times I freak out at TMpoint huhuhuhu

Under utilized since May actually. Also not happy TM treat all 100mbps subs. Imagine my next door neighbor got RM189.00 for 100mbps. How do you explain this nonsense. Stop giving me nonsense cause Im on contract so have to follow blah blah blah. Bullshit. Is all about connection,luck and how you tackle the Tmpoint Manager.

To be honest, I dont mind paying even RM400.00 for 100mbps provided all pay the same amount equally.

That's the original price (RM329.00). My case got it under so call special promotion (RM299.00). This consider less RM30.00 out of RM70.00 cause RM70.00 is the MAX discount for 100mbps. After freaking out at TMpoint, managed to get RM259.00 and this is their final discounted rate for 100mbps (So they claimed) but I think is bull.

Fyi you cannot remove their HyppTV Areka. If you can, please let me know how. Will go back to TMpoint and scream back at their manager vmad.gif

For me Ill go for 30mbps since geram with TM. But come to think of it got foc 50mbps later for RM169.00 so consider make sense to me (Since 100mbps RM259.00). Btw not much different also cause not in download mode nowadays. Those days over tongue.gif

Initially wanted to go for 10mbps RM129.00 but a lot of work on TM admin side hence RM500.00 to be imposed sad.gif (Also entitle for 30mbps if I go for it. RM129.00 for 30mbps tongue.gif
