I'm paying RM 179 for 50Mbps (free upgrade from 30Mbps) and with free calls, Ruby package.

finally got the free upgrade to 100 Mbps yesterday. received the call from Telekom before Raya and scheduled the appointment yesterday.

the whole upgrade took around 15 minutes and the speed is pretty stable around 93~94Mbps for download and 50+ Mbps for upload.

Try on bittorent. d.l any legal file and check out the max speed d.l speed

if i never signed up during "THANK YOU" am i still entitled for the free upgrade to 50mbps coming from 30?

My service started back in 2016 January. Am I still entitled for the free upgrade?

My speedtest result. Using cable. Disabled wifi. Still wont get ping rate below than that.

However, my Digi Infinite 150 is also not slow, on par with my UniFi 50.

not really, according to them, i was one of the earliest batch, planned in Feb 2017, but only got after almost 6 months after that.
