uber payment lots of errors, alert to drivers

just want to give feedback on quite a serious matter. ive been driving for a couple of months now and never really checked if boost and surge calculations were added to my payments. i wrongly assumed that it was all automated and the margin of error would be tiny if any.
at random i checked last week 2 hours that i drove in a boost area. out of the 6 trips i did, 3 were wrongly calculated. this week i check another hour and out of the 2 trips i did, 1 was incorrect. i alerted uber about both these instances. to uber's credit they replied within a day that they were wrong and adjusted my payments accordingly.

The other item need to watch out is our toll payments
The issues already exist since sometimes ago.
The question here is whether uber did it intentionally or is the genuine system problem?

every single trip, recalculate the fare and dispute with uber kao kao.

If you got the time to check every trips, sure upfront fare wont be 100% correct. Because of traffic build up compare to the time rider put in the request. But you will surely get copy paste textbook answer at the first respond from Uber CS. Good luck.
