That's chiro's practice. I have the same experience. Even after the whole 10+ sessions my pain was still there. It was rip off, plus waste of lots of time. They promise 'cure' and take advantage of desperate people with physical pain. No chiropractor for life. No thanks.

QUOTE(yo_yo @ May 4 2020, 09:15 AM) what kind of physical pain r u having? for me a good chiro means after one adjustment, i would feel comfortable. to be frank, it's hard to find a good chiro now. I had lower back injury (ligament) from heavy weight lifting doing CrossFit. I quit CF. Too strenuous. Also I used to have painful tension on trapezius due to long computer work for many years. For me chiro is just waste of time and money. Better diet (balanced nutrition from animal products, esp. ruminants) and active lifestyle helped me a lot. I'm in my 40's. QUOTE(Jjzaozao @ May 14 2020, 04:01 AM) Try Discover Chiropractic SS2. Look for Dr Sean. He practise gonstead and the method seems accurate. My 3years lower back problem got him fixed after 3adjustments. Important thing is he is really honest and really know his thing. Need to call for appointment. https://youtu.be/D16LyGY47aoThanks for the tip. I am sure there are good chiros, too. Just without knowing the right chiro, too many trials and errors wasting personal resources.
